After the revolution, the house was privatised and used as a guesthouse and has been in its current form since 2019, when it was extensively renovated and the current owners returned the name Maxmillian to the guesthouse.

The first floor offers a restaurant with a capacity of 46 seats inside and 28 seats on the outdoor terrace.
