March Construction Update: The New Brickworks Is Rising

February on the Construction Site: The New Brickworks Is Rising Despite the Unpredictable Weather

Construction work on the Nová Cihelna Kladno project is in full swing, and the future homes are beginning to take shape. In recent weeks, we have focused primarily on pouring concrete for the vertical structures and building the exterior walls, and we are also finishing up the concrete work in the underground sections, which will serve as secure parking and storage spaces.

Work on Nová Cihelna is in full swing

Even the first snowfall did not slow down the pace of construction of the Nová Cihelna Kladno project. We are currently focusing on concreting vertical load-bearing structures and preparing fittings for the next floors. At the construction site in Rozdělov, the outlines of your future homes are beginning to take shape under the hands of workers and the arm of a crane. We are taking great care to adhere to technological procedures even in colder weather in order to maintain high quality standards and the planned schedule, which aims to complete the project in 2027.

Construction has begun, and more than half of the units have already been sold.

The laying of the foundation stone symbolically marked the start of construction of the Nová Cihelna Kladno residential project. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027. There has been extraordinary interest in the apartments in the project from the outset: almost 60% of the units have already found new owners.

The first construction work has begun on the Nová Cihelna Kladno development project. "We are delighted to have been able to symbolically launch the construction of the new residential district with a ceremonial laying of the foundation stone. Once the preparatory and earthworks have been completed, the construction of the individual buildings will soon begin," says Jakub Vyčítal, project manager at IKONIX, which provides comprehensive project management services, adding: "The new Cihelna Kladno combines modern architecture, state-of-the-art equipment, and a well-thought-out energy concept that sets a new standard for energy-efficient housing in the Central Bohemian region. The construction has started

The first construction works have started on the Nová Cihelna Kladno project site. Preparatory and landscaping works are currently underway, which represent an important milestone in the entire construction process. The project has thus entered its implementation phase, and the actual shape of the new residential building will soon begin to take shape.
