The laying of the foundation stone symbolically marked the start of construction of the Nová Cihelna Kladno residential project. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027. There has been extraordinary interest in the apartments in the project from the outset: almost 60% of the units have already found new owners.

The first construction work has begun on the Nová Cihelna Kladno development project. "We are delighted to have been able to symbolically launch the construction of the new residential district with a ceremonial laying of the foundation stone. Once the preparatory and earthworks have been completed, the construction of the individual buildings will soon begin," says Jakub Vyčítal, project manager at IKONIX, which provides comprehensive project management services, adding: "The new Cihelna Kladno combines modern architecture, state-of-the-art equipment, and a well-thought-out energy concept that sets a new standard for energy-efficient housing in the Central Bohemian region.
