Construction continues with the foundation of the building. Rough construction is expected to be completed during September. The price improvement will be completed with the sale of the first two apartments. We are currently negotiating their sale.

After a pause caused by construction and market circumstances, the project starts again!

The original building has been removed from the site and depending on the weather conditions, the building will start to grow in height in the spring! On that occasion, we are introducing a temporarily discounted offer of apartments in a high-end design.
