We offer exclusively the sale of a unique villa in the neo-Gothic style built by the important architect Eduard Sochor 16 km south of Prague. Its construction began in 1905 and ran in the first decade of the 20th century. At the time when the architect was rebuilding the famous Kokořín Castle, he drew inspiration for this property. In the years 2016-2017 the property was very sensitively renovated with maximum regard to preserving the original details.
