Technical Specifications
It is a brick-built brick house built in 1910 in Art Nouveau style. In 2014 and 2015, the house underwent extensive renovations. The roof structure and the roofing were completely solved, with all tinsmith elements being made of copper. The roof was fitted with state-of-the-art Velux glass windows with triple glazing and two dormers were newly built, the new attic spaces have plenty of light and, at the same time, the insulating properties of the roof structure are not impaired. The house is newly protected by the state-of-the-art lightning conductor system.

The façade was restored very carefully - renovation work was carried out by a professional stucco and art company, which also renovated UNESCO sites. The perimeter walls of the house have been demolished and under the surface have a waterproofing system structure.

All renovated and newly built apartments are equipped with a modern kitchen line incl. of all appliances.
As part of the renovation, all windows have been replaced with accurate wood replicas with insulation and noise protection properties in line with current standards. There are wooden window frames, while the precise reliefs and profiles of the decorative elements were retained: claws, tabs and spacers. The brass handles are original, refurbished. The sandblasted glass in some windows was carried out exactly according to the original villas preserved pattern.

New electricity, high-speed internet connections incl. IPTV and a common antenna (newly located on the roof) in individual dwellings. In the house was newly introduced a modern electronic system of electronic porters and in the corridors installed emergency lighting fulfilling the most stringent security requirements.

All interior surfaces (floors, walls) have been repaired, refurbished using the highest quality materials and the most diligent techniques. The bathrooms in the apartments were completely renovated. Within the reconstruction, 5 pairs of risers (water, sewerage) were newly installed. Sub-water meters were installed in the flats.

As part of a complete renovation of the garden, a retaining wall was repaired on the north side of the property. The front garden above the garages is completely new, including an access path and a wall separating adjacent land.

The energy intensity of the property is at level G.
