A reservation fee of 100,000 CZK upon signing the Reservation Agreement

The Preliminary Purchase Agreement must be executed within 30 days of signing the Reservation Agreement, and 20% of the total purchase price must be paid, including the reservation fee already paid upon signing.

The purchase agreement must be executed within 15 days of the final approval of the utility networks and roads; the remaining 80% of the purchase price is due upon signing.
